We are offering one very special filly to the right, loving home.
Sugar Hill My Blue Emmeline is a stunning, 2-year-old blue roan Gypsy Vanner filly with a kind heart, a willing brain, and all the potential in the world. Emmeline was retained with the intention of keeping her as a future broodmare, but we have made the difficult decision to keep her yearling half-brother, Finan, as a future herd sire. With her dam remaining in our program and Finan being a related stallion prospect, it simply doesn’t make sense for us to keep Emmie too—though it certainly pains us to part with her.
Emmeline has the disposition, movement, and conformation to make a versatile partner. She is sweet, gentle, and incredibly level-headed for her age. Emmie has age-appropriate training and is a joy to work with. She has already attended a few local shows, a breed show, and an in-hand versatility clinic, where she tackled new obstacles calmly and confidently. Her dam has produced exceptional horses, with every one of her mature offspring that has entered a ring bringing home a championship. She has produced a 5 star mare, another of her daughters missed 5 stars by 1.25 points, multiple National Champions, Supreme Champion, Grand Champions, Classical and Western Dressage Champions, GVHS year end top 10 in youth and amateur, GVHS Legion of Excellence recipient, GVHS Medallion of Quality recipient, top 5 Nationals winner in both halter and performance.... Teagan's offspring including Emmeline are amazing!
Emmie carries one copy each of roan, red, and black, and is PSSM1 clear. This filly is the complete package: beauty, brains, and a heart to match. She will not be sold lightly and will only leave for a home that aligns with our values and her potential.

Teagan's mother, Maggie (now deceased) was chosen by Mechelle Barton at the Appleby Fair and imported shortly after. Her father is the breathtaking maximum sabino stallion Son of Lloyds. Her lines include Superior, Lloyds, Vines Bay Mare, Vick Lawrence's Stallion, Paleface, Lob, Henry Horse and many more noteworthy horses. Teagan is a sweet, smart girl with great conformation and plenty of hair! Teagan a high 4 star mare, has produced four outstanding foals- we have retained her 2020 filly. Sugar Hill Ailish West is dominating in the breed show ring. In 2022 she earned the Legion of Honor award with GVHS. She has been NATIONAL GRAND CHAMPION, SUPREME CHAMPION, Grand Champion Gypsy Mare over six times, Reserve Champion Gypsy Mare, and English Champion and Western Champion all at GVHS shows- quite a feat for a young mare.
Sugar Hill the Mighty Cuinn was unanimous Champion 2 and under mare at the 2022 NEGHC show.
