Thank you for your interest in our small herd. At Sugar Hill Acres, we pride ourselves at offering high quality animals in all facets. If you are interested in one of our Gypsy Vanner foals, please contact us for more details. Please visit individual pages for additional information. We encourage you to become a GVHS member and to register with the GVHS.
We will have foals available on occasion. Please understand that we have a “Best Home” policy for all of our animals which means that we evaluate each inquiry and choose the best possible home, not necessarily the first inquiry received. Our animals are a part of our family. We look for the perfect fit for each animal, for this reason we like to meet interested people whenever possible and hear from references. If the new owner (buyer) ever decides they can/will no longer keep the animal from Sugar Hill Acres, that buyer agrees to give Sugar Hill Acres the right of first refusal. Should a horse bred by Sugar Hill Acres ever find themselves in unfortunate circumstances where the owner is unable to keep them they may be returned to us. Thank you for your support and interest.
We are aware of the vast number of horses in need. We have rescued and regularly make donations to several different equine rescues and therapeutic programs. We will make a donation to a 501(c)(3) non-profit equine rescue for every horse that is born on our farm.
If you're interested in one of our horses please help us to better get to know you and your needs by filling out the survey below. We care deeply about each of our animals. For this reason completing a pre-purchase questionnaire is the first step in the process.
